Yes! If you purchased a pattern from our shop, you may request another paper format by reaching out directly by email with proof of purchase. We will send you your custom files within the same day or the next one! (This service is free of charge)
You can select your currency at the bottom of the website and shop in your national currency. Original prices are in Canadian dollars!

Forever! If you lose the files, we will gladly send the patterns back (free of charge) to the original email address used for purchase.

Yes! You can reach out directly to longanpatterns@gmail.com. Use "Custom Pattern" in the subject field and make sure you provide us with a sketch for a good estimate!
Yes! It will be indicated directly on the pattern or with the instructions. It's usually 1 cm unless specified!
We cut your fabric continuously based on the amount of fabric ordered.
